Job Title:Sr. IT Performance ManagerJob Location: Tempe, AZAt DHL Global Forwarding, PEOPLE matter.The Senior IT Performance Manager role is responsible for managing IT performance (Financial, Project Delivery, and Service Delivery). The individual will be responsible to ensure DGF maximizes ROI on IT spend by effectively managing cost and leading various cost optimization efforts in conjunction with various service towers. The individual will maintain oversight and reporting on the IT Run budget and will establish measures to track and manage financial performance. The individual will manage oversight of the IT project portfolio as well as Service Delivery performance dashboard. Key Responsibilities:Manage IT performance (Financial, Projects and Service Delivery)Effectively manage IT cost, quality and performance. Manage vendors, contracts and related billing.Monitor processes, measures and KPI’s to track and manage IT Performance.Manage IT Run budget in conjunction with the regional finance team.Produce monthly forecasts and drive compliance with financial targets, goals, guidelines and objectives. Manage project/portfolio governance and reporting processes.Develop and manage IT business score cards and dashboards.Coordinate and monthly reviews reporting on performance of finances, programs/ projects and service deliveryProvide oversight, vetting and approval for IT commodity spendOrganize, orchestrate and report on cost optimization initiatives working closely with various delivery teamsParticipate in development and delivery of IT strategy, including transformation, lifecycle management in conjunction with other business units and corporate IT.Close coordination with corporate finance and procurement, support negotiation and administration of vendor contracts and service agreements.Create regular executive level presentations and written communications with the IT organization’s executives, cluster heads, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.Management of multiple teams in a matrix environment including mentoring, workload, reporting, issues, etc.Skills / Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in the field of IT, Finance or Business Administration. 6 years’ experience managing IT Performance (cost management, project delivery, service delivery).Proven experience in managing IT budgets, financial performance and driving cost optimization programs.Exceptional data analysis and executive reporting experience.Experience in managing projects and establishing prioritization, governance and reporting processes.Experience with developing and managing Operational Reviews and Performance dashboards.Experience with managing 3rd party vendors, sourcing, negotiations and contracts.Experience in managing cross functional teams and working effectively in a matrix organization. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Experience in multitasking and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
