This is where thrilling programs exist such as MARS 2020, LUCY, GOES, ORION, DREAM CHASER, NextSTEP Habitat, JCSAT, ARABSAT and more.If you are a Program Planner who is a self-starter and thrives in a dynamic environment, leads by example, and has the ability to influence and foster collaboration and teamwork to generate impactful results, we'd like you on our team. As part of the CCS Program Planning team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, analysis, and maintenance of complex logic-network program schedules for key deliveries across multiple new and existing programs. Your responsibilities in this Program Planning role will include: • Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Microsoft Project which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program• Develop and maintain subsystem-level supplemental schedules and ensure vertical and horizontal integration with the IMS and Program Summary Master Schedule (PSMS)• Perform critical path and risk analyses and summarize output into actionable data for the Program Management team• Assist in negotiating giver/ receivers between product areas regarding technical content and schedules and facilitate workaround planning as required• Adhere to established business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives• Lead Control Account Managers (CAM) in the understanding and application of Earned Value Management• Work with cross-functional teams in engineering, finance, subcontracts, and program management to facilitate communication, understand progress and performance, and evaluate changes and status• Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions through development and presentation of planning metrics to program and engineering leadershipLockheed Martin Space offers a total compensation package from competitive wages, on-site medical care, 25 three-day weekends, and healthy living incentives just to name a few reasons to join Lockheed Martin Space.Desired Skills: • Bachelors degree in an Engineering, Technical, or Business discipline preferred• Experience using One Pager Pro and/or FastTrack Scheduling Software• Knowledge of developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) & Integrated Master Plans (IMP)• Cost and Schedule integration w/regard to EVMS• Proposal experience• NASA and/or DOD Program experience• Risk & Opportunity Management• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed• Strong organizational skills• Attention to detail• Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines Basic Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in the following areas:• Experience with developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)• Experience using Scheduling software such as MS Project• Earned Value Management (EVMS)• Schedule Metrics generation & reporting• Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management• Strong written and verbal communication skills Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
