Job Description :
MST Training and Logistics Solutions LOB Manufacturing Operations position, Performing Production Control Integrator duties.
Specific job description includes ability to interface with all Manufacturing support organizations (Stockroom, Receiving), Operations Management and Manufacturing functional team members in a high product mix environment. Participates in IPT as necessary for a production Product Family, which consists of multiple production platforms and configurations.
Responsibilities includes Scheduling/Planning to a Product Family structure with Lean Manufacturing and material delivery to Takt Time/Cycle Time requirement.
Responsible for review and implementation of Program launch, execution of all phases of project activity and program closeout.
Responsible for the timely release of production orders, verification of shortages, real time shortage resolution on the manufacturing floor and timely closure of production orders.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in an MRP based software production application.
Low to Medium skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications (specifically EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK).
Developing oral and written communications skills.
Experience in the manufacturing production planning cycle from product launch to product delivery
SAP MRP application knowledge.
MST related programs production knowledge.
Green Belt Certification or involvement in quality improvement/cost savings events.
