**Position Description & Responsibilities** **:**
The Real Estate Services analyst will be responsible for supporting efforts that drive business and operational decisions, which require in-depth data analysis. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and analyzing data to support Real Estate Services initiatives, strategic decisions and other modeling efforts for a portfolio of approximately 80MM SF of space. Independently conducts real estate portfolio management research for the purpose of making investment decisions. Apply financial, demographic, other data in coherent and/or other relational data sets and use modeling tools to inform real estate portfolio strategies that enhance investment returns and risk levels. May conduct research on real estate properties such as, financial performance, supply/demand analysis and rental rate trends. Demonstrates LOB/client-centric analytical responsibilities that include a range of competitive analysis, best practices research, ad-hoc reporting and scorecard production to support our client's plans.
This role will specifically support BAC's ongoing efforts to study and identify saves / efficiency opportunities related to the real estate portfolio which will involve gathering, building large data sets off which analytic views are created to support deeper transparency to risks and opportunities. Role will also involve studying, synthesizing and reporting out on both internal and external trends in real estate and labor in support of helping the real estate team continually improve its efficient use of space in support of our lines of business.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
BA or BS Degree
5 years of large data management, reporting, and analytic experience
Ability to gather or create, analyze and create accurate, meaningful reporting off large data sets; Ability to synthesize data and craft meaningful, analytic views for executive leadership
Ability to structure data and develop tools to minimize effort on frequent requests
Strong communication skills- encompassing verbal, presentation and written skills, as well as influencing and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated effectiveness at building relationships, collaboration and capable of working across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in an environment of change and priorities that often change based on enterprise or business needs
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret enterprise, customer and operational needs, and develop impactful reporting analytics to support decision making
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
SSRS, SAS, SQL or other data management and analysis
Advanced skills in SharePoint development, ability create data entry and use SharePoint workflow
