Who we\u2019re looking for Toyota's Revenue Optimization team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Revenue Optimization Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to support operations with identification and assessment of revenue enhancing opportunities through the use of Business Intelligence tools. Reporting to the Business Lead for Revenue Optimization, the person in this role will support the Revenue Optimization Team objective to support achievement of Toyota\u2019s annual and multi-year profit objectives. What you\u2019ll be doing Develop monthly model mix and accessory sales opportunity recommendations for multiple field offices Assist in the presentation of management reporting and analysis identifying for management regional profit contribution in total and on a per unit basis, highlighting key performance drivers, trends and potential opportunities for improvement Partner with key Operations Personnel on ad hoc decision support efforts for incremental profit analyses and development of decision support tools Leverage new technologies to improve analytical capabilities supporting the operations. Provide other related financial planning, analysis, and operational decision support as appropriate Qualifications What you bring Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting and\/or related discipline. Excellent analytic, problem solving, critical thinking, and client service skills. Demonstrated presentation, attention to detail, verbal & written communication, and organizational skills. Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline, and detail driven environment. Strong proficiency with Excel applications and ability to learn and effectively apply data manipulation tools to analyze large data sets; initiative to create ad hoc reports and build dashboards. Demonstrated ability to prepare effective presentations to business customers and influence behaviors to achieve performance improvements. Added bonus if you have: MBA \/ CMA \/ CPA. Experience with any Business Intelligence tools that might include tools such as Tableau, SAS, Alteryx, Oracle, Hyperion EssBase\/SmartView. Experience as a consultant. Understanding of the automotive industry and business issues affecting Toyota.
