This position is responsible for financial reporting, as well as financial profitability analysis and
some limited general ledger maintenance. This position is a key liaison connecting our multiple
business units and reports directly to Controller.
? Create and advance financial and decision-making models and prepare ad-hoc analysis
to support critical initiatives.
? General ledger maintenance for specific accounts.
? Produce and summarize financial and profitability analysis.
? Prepare executive level reporting of metrics and financial results for internal and
external audiences, including Board of Directors.
? Take ownership of the forecasting process and identify areas for improvement,
efficiencies, and automation.
? Support with financial projects such as year-end close, audit, tax package, and budgets.
? Maintain balance sheet integrity and accuracy by verifying, allocating, posting and
reconciling transactions according to schedule.
? Create adjusting journal entries for balance sheet accounts as needed.
? Assist in developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to
maintain and strengthen internal controls.
? Conduct due diligence.
? Other duties as assigned.
? Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance from accredited college or university;
and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
? Advanced knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel.
? Accuracy and attention to detail.
? Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and master
new tasks quickly are essential.
? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
? Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
? Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions,
proportions, percentages, and volume.
? Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
? Advanced user of excel
? Proficient at Power Point
? Experience with MS Microsoft Dynamics SL a plus
