POSITION SUMMARY AND KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
This position will support staging, CTO and production activities for the Global Operations team. The position will work with a cross-functional team within the Procurement, Demand/Supply Planning and Customer Fulfillment teams, pre-staging/CTO/production to establish an executable plan for all downstream execution teams to meet customer commitments. The scope then includes scheduling and tracking the jobs for the execution teams.
Establish staging, CTO and production schedules based on resource and material availability, support staging, CTO and production teams in order to meet daily schedules.
Interface with supporting departments (Procurement, Supply/Demand Planning, Engineering Change, Customer Fulfillment) to create executable plans and resolve issues.
Analyze and report on staging, CTO and production status and risks.
Support inventory management accuracy and improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve results.','!*!BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree or/ and 2-yrs experience in a production environment (manufacturing, staging, repair)
Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel
SQL or other database querying experience preferred
Good working attitude as a team player with strong interpersonal skill
Good time management skill with sense of urgency
Good command of both spoken and written English
Strong capability of logical thinking and problem analysis
