Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Work with curriculum development managers to facilitate the planning and execution of curriculum development projects.
Validate and manage curriculum submitted for development so that it complies with standards and approval protocols.
Align curriculum development priorities with needs of training operations.
Create project plans; meet deadlines and reprioritize as needed to complete timely delivery of curriculum; manage course development from inception to completion.
Collaborate with managers and others within the organization to ensure all training materials are kept up-to-date and revised as scheduled.
Report on curriculum development metrics and targets and collaborate with managers to analyze operational effectiveness.
Work collaboratively and effectively with others to promote innovative approaches and enhance productivity related to curriculum development.
Quickly become familiar with complex technologies and tools to be able to communicate effectively in the development of technical training material.','!*!Qualifications and Education
Bachelors degree with 1-3 years of experience working in a curriculum development role.
Must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through with team members to achieve group and individual goals.
Highly organized and detailed-oriented. Ability to build and maintain positive and productive inter-departmental working relationships
Proficient with Microsoft Project and Excel
Must be flexible and possess outstanding decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and maintain and regularly update multiple project schedules.
Must be a quick learner, self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
