Our opportunitySenior Project Manager (Finance) The IAA (Investment Administration & Accounting) Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of IAA and IM projects in the finance/accounting area.  Your roleAs a Senior Project Manager (Finance) your main responsibilities will involve • Define budget and timeline of project• Define project plan including resource requirements and perform all project management activities such as issue/risk management etc.• Manage the execution and delivery of project in scope • Daily management of resources and tasks and deliverables• Lead project teams through the full life cycle project framework and deliver in accordance to the Zurich Project Management Framework. • Manage senior local and regional stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Organize and hold STC meetings.• Create compelling project content (slides, benefits, business case, etc) • Responsible for providing a stable environment to assigned delivery projects• Leads meetings with stakeholders to move forward key tasks and escalate significant risks, anticipated delays and critical path analysis • Responsible for balancing the various needs and expectations and managing the numerous interdependencies within the projects and from / to other functions• Provide processes and tools to track capacity, demand and actual time spent• Manage on project, pool and program level budget, forecast Your Skills and Experience  As a Senior Project Manager (Finance) your skills and qualifications will ideally include: • Extensive experience in project management preferably with a qualification in PMP, IPMA or Prince II or equivalent project management experience.   • Experience in Agile Project Management as an asset.  Experience• 5 years of experience in end to end delivery of a minimum of three end to end system implementation projects. • 3 years of experience with finance projects or accounting projects in general. • Experience in applying 3 years of data migration projects with SAP or other large ERP solutions. • Experience in delivering multiple process improvement projects or similar projects. • End to end experience of a minimum of three projects from the initialization to the project closure. • Deep experience in dealing with stakeholders, defining project plan, managing risks/issues/dependencies and people.        KNOWLEDGE:• Very Strong Project Management Skills• Deep knowledge of a project management methodology• Experience in Financial Planning• Strong communication skills on all organizational levels• Strong stakeholder management skills• Strong banking and investment accounting/asset management experience• Experience and confidence in dealing with senior level of management• Fluent in English. Language skills such as Spanish and German are an asset. TECHNICAL SKILLS:• SAP especially SAP FSCM experience as an asset • Experience with MS project and the MS Office suite. Knowledge of PlanView as an asset Additional Information Primary work location is Barcelona. This position may require some international travel.
