The Senior

Manager, Talent Management & Human Capital Planning will partner

with management and HR to manage, develop, and continuously improve how Mondelēz North

America evaluates talent and organizational capabilities for future growth. The

person in this role will also create workforce plans to address regional

business needs aligned with talent management processes for optimal workforce

efficiency and key talent moves.




as a change agent by working with key stakeholders to drive the rollout,

evaluation, and sustainability of Mondelēz NA’s talent. Partner

with HR and management to create a comprehensive plan to build organizational

and functional capability that enables delivery of strategic objectives. Assist

HR leaders and their clients to make talent decisions based on the strategic

direction of the business. Evaluate

external labor market and trends linked to business growth projections and

talent capability. In

partnership with the business and HR, analyze data to drive sound people/talent

strategies and decisions Assess

succession bench strength/gaps, identify capability needs and source

strategies. Communicate

and strategically work with Talent Acquisition to forecast, plan, and optimize

workforce gaps. Drive

the implementation of talent management projects and develop key organizational

development processes, tools, and guidelines that enables Mondelez to win

through talent. Provide

talent calibration support to HR and leadership. Work

with local HR to create talent management tools and/or programs specific to

their business challenges. Provide

consultation on developing and/or revising local talent management metrics or

scorecards. Lead

talent management processes and measure effectiveness utilizing operational

excellence tools. Continuously

assess the business to determine talent issues that require organizational

attention or focus. Partner

with business leaders and HR to develop and execute an agile workforce plan

that anticipates and accounts for business needs, assesses talent capability;

and creates solutions that addresses critical needs. Collaborate

with HR and business leaders to create a talent pipeline while ensuring a

diverse workforce. Interacts

across key enterprise stakeholders to deliver an efficient and effective

Forecast Process. Reviews,

updates, and improves workforce forecasting and planning methods to provide

reliable plan data. Interacts

with Talent Acquisition and key enterprise stakeholders to deliver an efficient

and effective Workforce Forecast Process linked to business imperatives and the

competitive landscape. Enable

Movement of Talent by being a champion of succession planning and talent

upgrading within NA. ','!*!Bachelor's

degree in HR, Education, or BusinessMaster’s

in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred7

or more years of experience leading large-scale talent management and workforce

planning processes Excellent

business acumen, project management, critical thinking, and problem solving

skills Strong

verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; making the complex seem

simple Excellent

MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) proficiency; and process and

quantitative skills
