You willbe involved in the technical delivery of a range of transport planning projectsincluding strategy, appraisal, modelling and business case projects, withopportunities to work for various high profile clients across the UK andIreland. Primary Job Responsibilities As a Senior Transport Modeller you will be involved in delivering a widerange of transportation projects, for various high profile clients across theUK and Ireland. You will be working with a team of transport planners,modellers and engineers, focussed on delivering a variety of scheme developmentand appraisal projects.QualificationsEssential Criteria: The candidate should have a degree in a relevant subject, for exampleGeography. We will also expect:Experience as a Transport Planner / Engineer for multi-modal transportand scheme development studies with the ability to contribute to the success ofa range of high profile transport projectsExperience in the promotion of sustainable travel, and the developmentof active travel programmes of work. Experience of handling and analysing dataAbility to work both as part of a sophisticated multi-disciplinary teamas well as possessing the ability to work independently to solveproblems. Experience of project and client management, covering programme,resources, finance and quality control.Track record of successfully mentoring and developing junior colleaguesand sharing technical knowledge.Demonstrate collaborative behaviours and engaging style of delivery.
