Primary Job Functions:
3-5 years relevant experience in planning and scheduling or a related position

Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
Understanding of Power Plant maintenance

Required to effectively handle multiple concurrent activities.
Actively take and follow direction from peers and supervision
Available for 24-hour on-call duty to meet the needs of the business
Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) to assist in completing assigned work
Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, equipment, tools, to include reordering and managing the all Goods Receipt entries in SAP
Manage inventory activities remotely between various sites through the use of Maximo and SAP
Build and track required plans and schedules to conduct maintenance activities for multiple project and sites as assigned
Utilize assigned work priorities, job plans and PMs (parts and materials), crafts and skills to engage the proper resources for each project or site
Utilize SAP and Docu-sign to generate Task orders and purchase requests
Generate and forecast, AMP and AMS reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects
Evaluates current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects and the reduction of issues due to scheduling errors
Understand and utilize standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools
Update reports as required by supervisor to accurately show status of assignments
Create Job Plans, PM loads and identify maintenance task for new equipment
Work independently in potentially remote field conditions and manage multiple tasks, projects, and sites
Schedule transmission outages with various transmission entities
Identify problems, develop solutions, conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others
Ability to write RFP and RFQ for sub-contractors in the bidding process
Provides additional support to the O&M team for financial, data, statistical analysis and scheduling expertise
Track and Monitor warranty activities to ensure timely repair of damaged Equipment
Adhere to departmental procedures and safety requirements (OSHA, NFPA 70E, etc.)
Provide feedback to supervision regarding the scheduling of mobilization activities for new sites
Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems continuously, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement
Will be required to travel, as needed, to the remote sites and other locations
