Conagra Brands, be part of building something BIG. The Manager of\u00a0Customer Planning and Commercialization is a key contributor to the overall Global Markets team. This role acts as the conduit and facilitator across the Business Development field organization and the Headquarters Brand Marketing groups to drive Annual Operating Plan efficiencies and effectiveness. The role provides Business Development with insights and selling tools, provides field insights to shape Brand plans, helps prioritize field initiatives, and manages the process of Joint Business Planning between the Business Development group and the Brand team. The position has one direct report to assist with compiling and analyzing market data as well as executing sales operational functions. Responsibilities: Connect customer, channel, and brand strategies. Assist in coordinating Joint Business Planning initiatives between Business Development and the Brand teams Build compelling selling stories and the corresponding selling tools to be leveraged across markets in a consistent and effective manner, allowing for customization when necessary Drive consistency in excellent field execution through understanding of best practices and analysis of in-market performance Track all key initiative performance against plan objectives and report findings monthly to the business unit Ensure that an optimized portfolio of brands and SKUs is being deployed in each key market Lead Business Development connectivity with Compliance Manage sales operations requirements within Club channel inclusive of item registrations, regulatory requests, sample requests and new item technical data sheets Develop a comprehensive understanding of parallel import financial impacts to Conagra Brands\u00a0and make recommendations for optimizing exports for the organization Lead the implementation of pricing strategy recommendations that maximize Net Sales and Gross Margin Facilitate cross-functional discussions with Brand and Business development (Global Customers) stakeholders to establish channel guardrails and processes Facilitate development of innovative merchandising vehicles and special packs for all channels Optimize Sales processes; joint business planning (JBP) and communication (SharePoint site \/Sales Wire emails) Act as a conduit to US\/International departments on similar and comparable initiatives bringing forward best practices Manage regular connection meetings between the Brand team and Business Development to review results, understand project status, and resolve in-market issues Qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree required 5 years CPG sales or related experience Experience managing tactical trade and marketing plans Ability to work well across organizations and various functional areas Project management experience Understanding of trade and marketing spending principles Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills Aptitude for attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Thrives in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment #LI-PM1 SF-GD Conagra Brands\u00a0is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to sex, race, color, religion, ethnic or national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, pregnancy, leave status, disability, veteran status, genetic information and\/or any other characteristic or status protected by national, federal, state or local law.
