Project Manager required in DC to deliver interior fit-out / build out projects. Your new company: My client is a mid-sized general contractor who delivered $40M in interior corporate office and law firm construction projects in the Washington DC last year. Due to the growing demand from their repeat clients at the start of 2018, my client is in need of interior project manager to help deliver their high volume of projects. Your new role: As an interiors project manager you will take the reins and manage interior construction projects from start to finish and will be directly responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor solicitation and buyout as well as all construction documentation and administration to ensure the retail projects are delivered on time and within budget. Their construction projects are typically up to $6M in value and are very much focused on corporate office and but could also include retail developments such as auto dealerships. What you'll need to succeed: My client is interested in talking to project manager with 5 years in interior construction experience or current superintendents who are looking for a step up in their career. A college degree in construction, engineering, or similar is required and your commitment to delivering high quality projects is a must.
